SUPREME COURT APPROVES CIVIL CASE FILING & DISPOSITION FORMS

ATLANTA--ON NOVEMBER 14, 2017, the Supreme Court of Georgia approved new civil case filing and disposition forms as required by Senate Bill 132 (see O.C.G.A. 9-11-133).  As required by law, the forms were first adopted by the Judicial Council of Georgia in October.  The new forms will go into effect on January 1, 2018 and will be hosted on the Supreme Court's Rules website (gasupreme.us/rules/).

The current forms are hosted on the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority's website (gsccca.org/file/civil-reporting-forms) and will be in effect through December 31, 2017.  If you have any questions about these forms and their location, contact the Judicial Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts at 404-463-3808.
